Dalma Festival 2024
Shrouded in mystery and darkness, a pulsating techno adventure beckons from the shadows. Taking place on the 6 & 7 December on the island of Malta, the second edition of Dalma Festival is ready to unfold.
Use this festival guide to ensure you are prepared, whether you are joining us for one day or both days.

Make your way to the North Entrance. Entry to the venue from the South Entrance (adjacent to the Football Stadium) will not be permitted.
Entrance
- Due to limited internet access, it’s very important that you add your tickets to Apple or Google Wallet or download the ticket as a PDF. This can be done from the confirmation email you received upon ordering the festival tickets. Screenshots of tickets, barcodes or QR codes will not work. You can also download your ticket by clicking on this link.
- Bring a copy of your ID with you (Digital is enough)
- Entrance is strictly 17+
- Come early to avoid any waiting times.

Reusable Cups
Once again in an effort to promote sustainability and reduce plastic usage, we shall be selling reusable hard cups made of durable plastic to reduce the waste generated by disposable cups. All drinks will be served in these cups.
You can purchase the cups at any bar during the festival. If you’re attending multiple days, please bring your cup with you. You are also welcome to bring your own hard plastic cup.
Bar Credit
Your festival wristband is has an RFID chip built-in. Top up your wristband from one of our top-up stations at the festival. Credit is valid for both days of the festival.
You can top up your wristband onsite by card or cash.
For unused credit, refund window opens 8th December at 6am till 16th December at 23:59 CET (late refund requests cannot be fulfilled). Click Here to apply for a refund once the window has opened. A refund processing fee of €2.95 (+ SEPA fees for non-EU Banks) will apply to all refund requests.
Festival Ethics & House Rules
- Respect the vibe. Feel free to film your experience at the festival, but please keep your phone brightness low and do not use any flash.
- We’ve got our own media team. As specified in our T & C, by attending you consent to being photographed, filmed or featured.
- We understand that some attendees may require medication for medical conditions. We allow physician-prescribed medication that has not expired. If you have such medication, you must show the physician’s prescription and consult with a security officer upon entry.
Food
We’ve teamed up with Dr. Juice to serve delicious food all night long. The healthy selection will also include vegan and vegetarian options.
DJ Booths
The Doppler stage at the festival will provide a specially designed backstage area behind the DJ Booth. This elevated area is open to everyone, and no special ticket access is required.
Please be mindful and avoid leaning over the booth with drinks or to film. Any behaviour that may distract the performing artist in any way is not allowed. The use of flash is also prohibited.
Ensure that no drinks are placed on the DJ booth or any technical equipment.
Awareness
If you feel overwhelmed or require a secure environment, head to the awareness tent. The team is there to help you.
You may want to go to the main entrance or merch store and ask one of our door staff, they’ll guide you to the awareness tent.
- Our dance floors are a sacred safe space for everyone. Any dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Be respectful to others. Consent is the key word.
- If you are feeling unwell, take a step back. Get your friends to ask for help
- Keep yourself hydrated
- Paramedics are also available throughout our events
- Look out for the Awareness team onsite, they will be roaming the festival (wearing navy blue tees), you can also drop by their tent.
- Don’t forget to go home. Get some rest between one day and the other.
Think Twice! Don’t Drink & Drive
Do not drive under the influence of any substances. Driving while impaired can have serious consequences for both you and others on the road. Do the right thing and choose a safe method of transport.

Cloakroom
A cloakroom service will be available at the festival.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. There are designated smoking areas close to both stages at the festival.
